新常态下的党群关系与党的群众工作研究

摘要

The ever-changing and contradicting Party-masses relationship has been greatly affecting social develop-ment. New methods from fresh perspectives are needed in the mass work of the Party in the new normal. The struc-ture and conflict of interest in the comprehensive deepening of reforms essentially affect and determine the overall trend of Party-masses relationship. Therefore, improving Party-masses relationship is the social basis of the present mass work of the Party.%新常态下，党群关系仍然是影响社会发展最重要的关系范畴。党群关系始终处在矛盾变化之中，需要我们立足新常态，以新的视角去透析新变化，以新的方法改进党的群众工作。全面深化改革中的利益格局和利益矛盾，是影响党群关系的根本问题，决定了党群关系的总体走向。可见，当前改善党群关系、做好群众工作具备良好的思想共识和社会基础。
