以316L不锈钢粉末为原料,采用模压成形与烧结工艺,制备出孔隙度为20%~45%的烧结316L不锈钢粉末多孔材料,分别采用了1150~C和1200~C烧结温度.结果表明:1200℃对比1150%烧结温度可改善烧结316L不锈钢粉末多孔材料烧结颈的发育情况,提高烧结颈的结合强度,试样表现出更好的力学性能.其拉伸力学行为表现为宏观上为脆性断裂,在局部区域内为塑性变形,试样在很小的塑性变形后即发生断裂,断口显示出韧窝形态.随着孔隙度的升高,韧窝数量及分布减少.%In this study, with 316L stainless steel powder as raw material, 316L sintered stainless steel powder porous material of 20% -45% was prepared at 1 150℃ and 1200℃ respectively. The technique adopted was die forming and sintering. The experiment shows that, compared with sintering at 1 150℃, sintering at 1 200℃ resulted in an obvious improvement of the sintered neck of sintered 316L stainless steel powder porous material, an enhanced strength and better mechanical properties. The material' s tensile mechanical behavior features a general brittle fracture and partial plastic deformation. When slightly deformed, the sample fractured. The rupture takes on the form of a dimple. With the increase of porosity, the number and distribution of dimples decrease.
