To address the characteristics of eco - tourist planning, we identified the various functions of items in the environmental assessment, which include the planning analysis, the analysis of environmental impact in the implementation of plan, hearing capacity, and mass participation and gave them a detailed analysis. An example of eco - tourist planning is also provided for illustration.%通过对规划环评中所包含各内容的不同作用进行分析，结合生态旅游规划的特点，确定了生态旅游规划环评中重点研究的内容，包括：规划分析、规划实施的环境影响分析、旅游承载力、公众参与，并对以上内容进行解析．最后以一个生态旅游规划为例进行研究．
