秦国从弱到强，到兼并六国，实现统一；君权由小到大，到称皇帝，专制天下，是一代代国君在政治、军事、外交，尤其是经济等方面，和臣下一起不断改革，艰苦奋斗的结果。文章分析了各位国君推行的经济制度、政策、措施所起的积极作用与局限，重点阐述了这些经济手段与王权增长的关系。%Qin Dynasty ,from weak to strong ,to transcend all the six states ,and finally united China .Dur-ing that age ,the kingship was also from weak to strong ,from king to emperor .The emperor himself dom-inated all the people ,and controlled the whole country .This is the result of unremitting and hard politi-cal ,military diplomatic ,especially economic exertion by all the kings from Jian Gong to Ying Zheng with their chancellors .This thesis dissertate the positive effects and limits of the economic system ,policies and measures carried out by these kings ,focuses on the relationship between these economic measures and the grow th of kingship .It comes to the conclusion that it is the most important task of a country to develop its economy and to increase its economic strength .This is the principle which must be upheld generation by generation .
