工装快速设计知识模板技术研究

     

摘要

为实现工装快速设计,引入基于面向对象技术的知识模板概念,对工装进行归纳分类,对于特征明显且易于参数化的典型工装和标准件,建立典型工装模板库;对于结构复杂不易参数化的工装产品,引入模块化设计思想,建立工装结构模板库。将参数化技术和实例推理技术运用到工装设计中,实现基于知识模板的工装快速设计,进而提高工装设计效率、提升产品质量。%The concept of knowledge template based on object?oriented technology is introduced to achieve rapid tooling design.Then the tooling is classified,for the typical tooling and standard parts which have obvious characteristic parameters and are easy to parameterize,the typical tooling template library is built.For the tooling products with complex structure and are not easy to parameterize, modularization idea is adopted and the tool structure template library is built.The parametric technology and case?based reasoning technology are used in the design to achieve rapid tooling design based on knowledge template and to further improve the efficiency of tooling design and the quality of products.
