大尺寸TiO2反蛋白石结构的制备及性能分析

     

摘要

针对蛋白石结构光子晶体不能产生完全光子带隙的问题,采用垂直沉积法制备出单分散聚苯乙烯(PS )蛋白石结构胶体晶体模板,向模板填充 T iO2溶胶制成PS/T iO2复合结构,将其放置在450℃的电炉中高温煅烧2 h ,得到了T iO2反蛋白石结构。通过扫描电镜、吸收光谱仪和偏光显微镜对煅烧后的材料进行了测试和表征。结果表明:制备得到的 T iO2反蛋白石薄膜为厘米尺度范围内排列周期有序的大孔结构,孔径可控且选择范围宽。结构骨架表面平整,缺陷很少,几乎不存在塌陷。薄膜的透射光谱带隙窄,深度大,峰值尖锐,证实了样品内部结构的高质量和有序性。%In order to produce complete photonic band gap ,TiO2 inverse opal materials were prepared . First ,a substrate was lifted out of a particles suspension to fabricate PS opal film .Then ,the PS opal film was used as the template for infiltration of TiO2 precursor solution prepared with sol‐gel .Finally , the film was calcined at 450 ℃ for 2 hours in an air furnace to remove the polymer spheres and solidify the TiO2 network structure .Calcined materials were tested and characterized through scanning electron microscope ,absorption spectrum analyzer and partial light microscopy .Test results showed that the TiO2 inverse opal film with ordered structure was fabricated by this process .The band gap of the inverse opal structure appeared brightly colored .The optical transmission spectra had narrow band gap ,large depth and sharp peak ,w hich confirmed the high quality and the order of the internal structure of the sample .
