面向多品种小批量制造的刀具可视化辅助编码设计

摘要

为了解决多品种小批量制造模式企业加工刀具编码柔性差问题 ,结合刀具编码规范 ,基于XML技术实现了可扩充的编码规则描述 ,通过事件响应和GUI绘图技术设计了人机交互可视化的接口 ,实现了具有复合光标定位、代码提示跟踪显示、多视图操作响应、严格输入约束、代码有效性检查等功能交互界面 .设计出可变长、可变码位的柔性编码规则和动态解析方法 .刀具代码以字符串方式存储到Sqlite数据库,采用字符串解析技术设计了快速码位定位技术以实现两种不同形式的基于码位的单次查询 ,利用集合运算和多次筛选技术实现了复合查询 .结果表明 :面向多品种小批量制造的刀具可视化辅助编码提高了刀具信息编码柔性 ,实现了编码信息结构化调整和扩充 ,刀具编码查询与维护效率提升 ,误码率降低,刀具编码得以规范 .%In order to improve the level of enterprise manufacturing resources information management , according to tool coding rules ,an XML format file is used for the description of scalable coding rules . Then ,based on event response and GUI technology ,a friendly man-machine interface is designed for interaction .Composite cursor positioning ,prompt for code tracking and displaying ,multi-view operation response ,tight input restriction ,code validity check ,and so on are realized .A dynamic runtime code bit table is designed where variable-length and variable-bit flexible code rule interpretation is realized .The code is saved in Sqlite database in the form of a string that is interpreted to design fast code bit positioning method and realize two kinds of query methods based on the code bits .Taking advantage of set operation and multiple filters ,complex query is completed that can support tool information standardization in manufacturing enterprises .Code design technology increases information coding design ability ,implements structural adjustment and expansion of information ,further standardizes and improves the standardization of manufacturing enterprise information management .
