钢波纹管涵洞管顶填土高度对预拱度设置的影响

             

摘要

旨在研究实际工程中预拱度设置过大或过小对管涵受力和变形的不利影响.通过现场试验和室内有限元数值模拟,研究了钢波纹管涵洞预拱度设置.采用有限元模型分析了管顶填土高度对预拱度设置的影响.结果表明:设置钢波纹管预拱度时,涵洞管顶填土高度为预拱度主要影响因素;预拱度的设置值随管顶填土高度的增加而增大.不同管径管涵的预拱度的变化的规律较为接近,管径对预拱度设置的影响较小;不同波形的管涵的预拱变化基本一致,波形对预拱度设置为非主要影响因素.%The adverse effect on the pipe culvert stress and deformation is investigated while precamber setting is too big or too small in the practical engineering.Through field testing and finite element numerical simulation,the corrugated steel culvert precamber settings are studied.The effect of precamber settings of the pipe-j acking soil-filled height is analyzed using finite element model.Results show:The pip-ej acking soil-filled height is main influence factors of precamber setting;The precamber settings increase with the height of pipe-j acking soil-filled;For different pipe diameter,the changing of pipe culvert precamber is relatively similar,which means that the influence of pipe diameter on the precamber setting is non-significant;For different pipe shape,pipe culvert precamber changes basicly unanimously, for precamber,pipe shape is non-main influence factor.
