三元 Fe1-x Nb9 Bx 非晶合金的非晶形成能力和软磁性能研究

     

摘要

为了研究三元铁基非晶合金的合金成分对非晶形成能力以及软磁性能的影响规律,采用单辊甩淬法制备 Fe1-x Nb9 Bx (x =19,20,21)合金薄带,用 X 射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪和振动样品磁强计对制备的合金薄带分别进行合金结构、合金的非晶形成能力以及软磁性能分析.研究结果表明:当合金成分中的铌(Nb)原子分数为9%时,随硼(B)原子分数在19%~21%范围内增加时,所制备的合金均为非晶带材.合金的过冷液相区(ΔTx )逐渐增大,表明非晶形成能力逐渐增强,最大的ΔTx =52 K.这与热力学参数 P HSS 所预测的非晶形成能力的结果一致.饱和磁化强度(Ms )随 Fe 含量的降低,逐渐减小.Fe72 Nb9 B19的 Ms 达到最大(Ms =65 emu·g-1).%The purpose of this study is to study compositions of the ternary iron-based amorphous alloys having influence on the properties glass forming ability and soft magnetic properties of amorphous alloys.The Fe1-x Nb9 Bx (x =19,20,21,22 )amorphous ribbons were successfully prepared by means of melt-spinning method.The alloy structure,glass forming ability and soft magnetic properties of these glasses were systematically studied by the combination use of X-ray diffraction (XRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The results showed the Fe1-x Nb9 Bx (x =19,20,21 )alloys were glasses with increasing of B contents.The supercooled liquid region (ΔTx )increased gradually with increasing of B contents,which indicated glass forming ability(GFA) gradually enhanced.The largest ΔTx of 52 K was obtained for Fe69 Nb9 B21 .The results and the predicted results of parameter P HSS were consistent.The saturation magnetization (Ms )was weaken with the decreasing of Fe contents.The largest Ms of 65 emu·g-1 was obtained for Fe72 Nb9 B19 .
