新型W型弹性车轮结构强度及刚度分析

     

摘要

为了实现轨道列车车轮减振降噪,提出了新型 W型弹性车轮结构,对 W型弹性车轮进行了结构强度及刚度分析.基于《整体车轮技术检验》(UIC 510-5)标准,采用有限元方法分析了该弹性车轮各部件的强度及刚度.结果表明:车轮各部件的安全系数均大于1.2;最大径向刚度为84.2 kN·mm-1,轴向刚度为47.2 kN·mm-1.新型 W型弹性车轮加强了轮辋结构,增大了轮辋与橡胶体的接触面积.%In order to realize the vibration and noise reduction of train wheels,the structure of new W-shape resilient wheel is presented in this paper.The structural strength and stiffness of W-shape resilient wheel are analyzed.Based on UIC 510-5"Technical Approval of Monobloc Wheels"standard, the strength and stiffness of each component of the resilient wheel are analyzed through the finite element method.The results show:The safety factor of the wheel components is greater than 1.2,the maximum radial stiffness is 84.2 kN·mm-1,and axial stiffness is 47.2 kN·mm-1,respectively.The new W-shape resilient wheel enhances the rim structure and increases the contact area of the rim and the rubber body.
