城中村拆迁与农民工住房保障问题研究——以西安市木塔寨村为例

摘要

With a large number of migrant workers working in the city,their housing safeguard issues are becoming increasing prominent.Most migrant workers rent houses for living from the urban villages where the rent price is lower.But in recent years,the wide range of urban village demolition made them lost the main settled places.Where migrant workers go to live has become a big dilemma.The compensation of urban village demolition mainly involves the local residents,while migrant workers as tenants have not been considered during the removal process.Therefore,it is necessary to specialize in the research on this problem and put forward the corresponding policy to compensate losses of these rural migrant workers during the removal process.%随着大量农民进城务工,其住房保障问题日益凸显。多数农民工租房居住在房价比较低廉的城中村,但近年来大范围的城中村拆迁,使他们失去了这个主要的居住地,农民工的去留已成为很大的现实问题。当前城中村拆迁补偿主要涉及的是当地居民,而对作为房客的农民工在此过程中的损失尚未考虑在内,因而有必要对这一问题进行专门研究,提出相应对策补偿拆迁过程中农民工的损失。
