基于省际面板数据的我国能源效率影响因素分析

摘要

At present,China's energy shortage and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious.This paper analyzes some main factors affecting China's energy efficiency based on the provincial panel data over the period from 1998 to 2013.Results show that the upgrade of industrial structure,optimization of energy consumption structure and the increase of patent approval projects in technological progress have posi-tive effect on energy efficiency,while the per capita number of patents has nothing to do with the energy effi-ciency,and the level of people's life and energy efficiency is negatively correlated.At last,some concrete meas-ures to improve the energy efficiency of our country are put forward so as to realize the sustainable and stable development of our country's economy.%目前我国能源短缺和环境污染问题日益严峻。利用我国1998—2013年的省际面板数据分析了影响我国能源效率的主要因素。结果发现：产业结构升级、能源消费结构优化及技术进步中的专利审批项目增加对于能源效率有正向作用，而人均专利授权数量与能源效率无关，人民生活水平与能源效率为负相关。最后提出了提高我国能源效率的具体措施，以期实现我国经济的持续稳定发展。
