为了提高聚丙烯(PP)熔喷非织造材料的过滤性,以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,采用静电纺丝工艺将聚氨酯(PU)纳米纤维喷覆在熔喷布表面,制备PP熔喷/PU静电纺复合材料.通过改变静电纺丝液浓度、纺丝静电压、纺丝时间等,确定最佳纺丝工艺参数.SEM图像发现,当纺丝液质量分数7%,电压20 kV,接收距离20 cm,挤出速率0.020 mL·min-1时,PU纤维直径较细且分布均匀.过滤性能测试结果表明,当静电纺丝液质量分数为7%时,PP熔喷/PU静电纺丝复合材料滤效较高且滤阻较低,最适合用作空气过滤材料.%To improve the filtration properties of polypropylene (PP) melt-blown non-woven material, taking N, N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) as solvent, the polyurethane (PU) nano fibers were sprayed on the surface of the melt-blown cloth by using the electrospinning process to prepare PP melt-blown/PU electrospun composites.The optimal spinning process parameters were determined through changing the electrostatic spinning solution concentration, spinning static voltage, spinning time and other process parameters.SEM images show that when the spinning solution concentration is 7%, the voltage 20 kV, the receiving distance 20 cm, the extrusion rate 0.020 mL·min-1, the diameter of fiber is finer and the distribution is uniform.Filtration performance test results show that when the concentration of electrospinning is 7%, PP melt-blown/PU electrospinning composite filter effect is higher and the filter resistance is lower, a composite that is best for air filter material.
