运动服装面料液态水单向传导性能的动态测试

         

摘要

According to differential capillary effect of fabrics, three kinds of knitted sportswear fabrics are made of abnormal cross section polyester filaments, with the difference of the fiber fineness on the two sides of the fabrics. The dynamic changes of the liquid moisture transmitting properties are tested by the MMT. Based on the test, we obtain the curve of water contents on the surfaces of fabric surface and back varying as a function of time, as well as the indexes of moisture transmitting rate and the difference of water contents. The paper analyzes the effect of different fabric structure and physical parameters on the liquid moisture transmitting properties of the fabric. It is found that there are clear direct-way transport ability of the fabrics with different fiber fineness on the two sides, and the greater difference of fiber finehess on the two sides, the more significant of the spreading speed and transport ability.%根据差动毛细效应的原理,利用内外层单纤线密度的差异,采用细度不同的异性截面聚酯纤维,交织生产了3种双面运动服装面料,使其内外层单纤细度的差异各不相同.利用MMT对3种织物的液态水动态传递性能进行测试,得出织物上下表面含水量随时间变化的曲线及水分传导速率和水分含量差等指标.分析就织物的不同结构及物理指标对液态水传导性能的影响,发现利用不同细度的异性截面聚酯长丝织成的双面针织运动服装面料具有明显的单向导湿效果,且随着内外层单纤细度差异的增大,其单向导湿的速率和能力都显著增强.
