氨基硅油改性水性聚氨酯整理剂的合成及应用

         

摘要

以聚四亚甲基醚二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、氨基硅油为主要原料,合成了氨基硅油改性水性聚氨酯乳液.采用红外光谱(FTIR)确认了聚合物的结构;通过接触角、耐水实验测试了聚合物拒水、耐水性能;采用氨基硅油故性水性聚氨酯乳液对羊绒针织物进行整理,测试了羊绒织物的抗起毛起球性能.结果表明,随着氨基硅油接入量的提高,聚氨酯涂膜的耐水、拒水等性能得到提高.经整理的羊绒针织物抗起毛起球性提高了1~2级,羊绒织物的柔软性不受影响.%The new pretreatment process for plating of nylon fabric is studied. Through the plasma technology and the coordination role of chitosan and palladium, uniform dense of Pd membrane is formed on the nylon fabric surface. It replaces the traditional pre-treatment process. The optimum chitosan finishing process is obtained by a large number of experiments; the concentration of CS finishing agent is 10g/ L, temperature is 60"C and crosslinker concentration is lOmL/L. The optimum plasma treatment is obtained by orthogonal experiment; the pressure is 30Pa, the power is 200W, the time is 3min. New treatment process reduces the processes of traditional pretreatment, in particular reduces the amount of precious metal. The amount of palladium from 0. 18g/L reduced to 0. 04g/L, nearly 78% reduction, significant savings in production costs.
