管式间接+直接组合式蒸发冷却空调机组的改进优化

     

摘要

从实际工程应用出发,通过分析工程实例测试中存在的问题,提出管式间接蒸发冷却器段应用高压柱塞泵雾化循环水、二次空气的进风采用四面进风.并针对不同地区、不同环境的使用情况,根据实际运行测试提出在干燥地区和中等湿度地区二次/一次空气比值的优化设计值分别为2:1和1:1;从机组整体的性能方面,提出对不同地区和室外环境采用不同的过滤措施,既可以减少送风机的负荷,降低能耗,又可以满足不同室内洁净度要求,为进一步推广蒸发冷却空调机组应用提供使用方法和条件.%Starting from practical engineering applications,analysis of the problems found in engineering examples test it is put foward that the tubular indirect evaporative cooler segment should use high-pressure piston pump to spray recycled water, and secondary air into the wind with air inlet is surrounded by all sides. For the use of different regions and different environment, according to the actual running tests,in dry areas and moderate humidity areas, the optimized design values of secondary/primary air ratio is 2 s 1 and 1 ' 1. At the same time, from the performance of the unit as a whole, the different areas and outdoor environments using different filters measures to either reduce the load of the blower, reduce energy consumption, but also to meet the cleanliness of different indoor application. To further promote evaporative cooling air conditioning unit, and providing the use of methods and conditions.
