缝制弹性机织服装面料过程中的问题及措施

摘要

In order to solve the problems of twist, wrinkle, not smooth which easier occur in the sewing process of elastic fabric woven garments, the corresponding solutions are put forward by using orthogonal tests in this paper. Through tests, the key factors are concluded. They are sewing thread and seam type which impact qualities of the garments focusing on seam strength.%为了解决弹性机织面料服装在制作成型后易出现拧、皱及不平服的问题,运用正交实验方法,得到影响弹性服装面料缝制工艺的因素以及优化后的工艺组合.影响弹性机织服装面料的接缝强力、质量优劣的主要因素是缝纫线和缝型.
