基于动态规划框架下的水电系统优化调度

     

摘要

为解决水电调度的复杂性,在分析水电转换关系的基础上,提出系统化的水电调度方案。采用离散库容的方式设置状态变量,建立动态规划模型,在此框架下,复杂的多元水电转换关系转化为单变量的非线性函数,将水电调度问题转化为各时段上的水量分配,通过求解一系列简单非线性规划得到各时段状态节点的最佳机组组合及效益。同时,利用可行路径判定法则,提高求解效率,并采用顺序递推实现最优调度。测试结果表明,文中提出的水电调度方案可靠有效,能方便解决水电转换复杂性问题。%In order to solve the complexity of the hydro power scheduling ,an systematic hydro power scheduling approach based on the analysis of the production function was proposed .Rel‐ying on discrete interval of the storage capacity of reservoir and combined with the characteris‐tics of the problem ,the dynamic programming model was established .Under this framework , the complex multivariable production function was converted into a nonlinear univariate func‐tion ,and the scheduling was converted into water allocation .A series of simple nonlinear pro‐gramming was solved ,and the optimal benefits and the unit commitment on each stage were obtained .A feasible path determination rule w as used to improve computational efficiency . With the forward dynamic programming approach ,the optimal scheduling of the entire period was finished .Test results show that the approach adopted in this paper is reliable and effec‐tive ,w hich can be easily applied to some similar problems .
