某变电站遥测子系统替代设计

     

摘要

针对变电站老旧自动化设备延寿改造的要求,对这些变电站的自动化监控系统及其遥测子系统的组成、功能、实现技术进行分析研究.针对现有遥测子系统运维的问题,提出了使用电能量远方终端中瞬时量采集功能替换其遥测子系统的解决方案,并论证了这一方案的技术可行性.基于自动化监控系统智能电气设备的接口条件,在分析研究电能量远方终端中Modbus模块的实现方法以及CDT规约之后,完成了对电能量远方终端软件中CDT规约模块的设计开发,实现了从电能量远方终端到远动终端的电气参数信息转发,并在一座变电站投入运行.%In view of the life extension upgrading requirement of the old automatic device for a substation,composition,functions and realizing technology of the automatic monitor system and its telemetry subsystem are studied and analyzed.Due to the existing problems of operation and maintenance of the old telemetry subsystem,a solution is put forward that telemetry sub-system is replaced by the instantaneous measurement modular of an energy remote terminal u-nit,and the technical feasibility is verified for this solution.Based on the interface conditions of intelligent electric device linked to a monitor system,a CDT protocol software package is de-veloped after the Modbus package of the energy remote terminal unit and CDT protocol are studied further.The telemetry transmission is realized from energy remote terminal unit to re-mote terminal unit,and the new package is put into operation in a substation.
