进行平纹碳纤维织物复合材料在不同开口形式下的双轴拉伸实验,分析十字形试件在双轴拉伸下的应变分布规律.依照实验条件,建立三维有限元模型,结合复合材料Hashin失效准则,预测十字形试件在双轴拉伸时的失效过程及破坏特征.实验与模拟结果表明,在双轴拉伸载荷作用下,长圆孔试件的破坏强度高于圆孔试件的破坏强度;试件各铺层的应变以对角线为对称轴呈对称分布;两种试件的破坏均从试件圆角过渡区起源,沿试件对角线瞬间扩展.%Biaxial tensile tests of the plain weave carbon fabric/epoxy composites with different opening shapes were carried out and the strain distributions around the hole were analyzed.According to experimental conditions,the 3D finite element model was built to predict the damage and failure of cruciform specimen under biaxial tensile loading combining with Hashin failure criterion.The results of experiments and simulations reveal that the strength of longround-hole specimen is higher than round-hole specimen under the biaxial tensile loading.The strains of each ply are symmetrical to the current ply fiber direction.The failures of both specimens originate from round corner and expand along 45°direction.
