To discuss the mechanical properties of weft-knitted reinforced composite with different tex-tures,with aramid fiber and UHMWPE fiber as raw materials,surface modification treatment of ar-amid fiber and UHMWPE fiber was done with silane coupling agent KH-550,and three different tex-tures weft-knitted reinforcements of full stitch,cylindrical and milano rid were weaved.By molding pressing technology,using reinforcement and epoxy vinyl ester resin,three kinds of weft-knitted rein-forced composite materials were prepared.The tensile strength,compression,bending and interlami-nar shear strength test of the three composites were tested and compared.The results show that the mechanical properties of fiber knitted reinforcements treated with silane coupling agent KH-550 are better than those of unmodified fiber reinforcements,full stitch ribs of the meridional stretch,latitude and longitude to compression,latitude and longitude to the bending and latitude and longitude to the interlayer shear strength are better than other organizations,the weft knitted composite material of the milano rib has the largest zonal tensile strength,and the performance of the cylindrical weft knitted composite material is the lowest.%为探讨不同组织结构的纬编针织复合材料的力学性能,以芳纶和U HMWPE纤维为原料,采用硅烷偶联剂KH-550对芳纶和UHMWPE纤维进行表面改性处理,在横机上编织满针罗纹,圆筒形,罗纹空气层三种不同组织的纬编针织增强体.采用模压成型工艺将增强体与环氧乙烯基酯树脂进行加工,制得三种纬编针织结构增强复合材料,对三种复合材料的经纬向拉伸、压缩、弯曲和层间剪切强度性能进行测试比较.结果表明,经硅烷偶联剂KH-550处理的纤维针织增强体各项力学性能均有所提升,满针罗纹纬编针织复合材料的经向拉伸、经纬向压缩、经纬向弯曲和经纬向层间剪切强度均优于其他组织,而罗纹空气层纬编针织复合材料的纬向拉伸强度达到最大,圆筒形纬编针织复合材料的各项性能最低.
