蒸发式冷气机在西安某大空间汽车厂房的应用

摘要

为探究蒸发式冷气机在大空间厂房使用的可行性,测试了西安某大空间联合型汽车厂房使用蒸发式冷气机后的降温幅度,运行效率等参数.通过实地测试PMV-PPD舒适性指标和经济性分析,验证蒸发式冷气机在大空间厂房的降温效果.实验数据显示,使用蒸发式冷气机后工作区温降7.3 ℃,最高温降8.8 ℃;PMV从热感状态改善到微暖状态,不满意度从99%减少到53%,车间环境舒适度得到改善;可节省初投资28万元,具有良好的经济性.%A series of parameters of an evaporative air conditioner,such as cooling rate and effi-ciency,were analysed in a large-space joint automobile plant in Xi'an.The purpose is to demon-strate the feasibility of an evaporative air conditioner application in large buildings.Through practical testing,PMV-PPD comfort index analysis and economic analysis,the cooling effect of evaporative air cooler is verified.The results show that after using an evaporative air cooler, workshop temperature drops by 7.3 ℃,at most by 8.8 ℃;when the PMV changes from the thermal state to the slightly warm state,the dissatisfaction drops from the previous 99% to 53%.The environment of the workshop is thus improved.It's more economical for the investor to save 28 000 yuan per year.
