同步回转式混输泵端面的相对运动及摩擦分析

         

摘要

On the basis of the geometric characteristics of the rotor and the cylinder of a synchro-nal multiphase pump (SRMP), the mathematic models of the relative motion between the rotor and the cylinder were established. The relative locus curves and velocities of the various points on the cylinder end face were calculated and analyzed. The frictional loss on the end faces was discussed when the clearance between the rotor and the cylinder end faces was assumed to be a constant value. The result shows that the average relative velocity between the cylinder end face and the area which is opposite to the vane slot on the rotor end face is much greater, and the frictional loss therein is considerable. When the clearance between the rotor and the cylinder end faces is viewed as a constant value, the average frictional loss on the end faces in the SRMP prototype is only 1. 4 W and decreases by 98. 2% compared with that in the rotary pump with a fixed cylinder. Due to the small relative velocity between the rotor and the cylinder end faces, a contact seal may be used to reduce the wear on the end faces and the leakage loss through the clearance.%从同步回转式混输泵转子和缸体的几何特性出发,建立了转子与缸体端面间的相对运动轨迹方程和相对速度数学模型,计算并分析了缸体端面上一系列点相对于转子端面的轨迹曲线和相对速度,分析了固定端面间隙下端面的摩擦功耗.结果表明:转子端面上远离滑板槽一侧与缸体端面间的相对速度较大,该区域的摩擦与磨损较为突出;在端面间隙为定值的条件下,样机的转子与缸体端面的平均摩擦功耗仅为1.4W,与同等规格的具有固定缸体的旋转机械相比减少了98.2%;同步回转式混输泵转子与缸体端面的相对速度较小,可以采用接触形式的端面密封,以减少转子与缸体端面的磨损,降低端面间隙的泄露损失.
