基于FLUENT的油气混输泵用双端面机械密封端面流场分析

         

摘要

Mechanical seal as one of the important parts of the oil and gas multiphase pumps, its quality and performance directly affects the working performance of the equipment. In this paper, the three-dimensional numerical calculation was carried out on mechanical seal liquid membrane of the oil and gas multiphase pumps by using Fluent software, by solving the three laminar N-S equations, using pressure correc-tion method and the SIMPLEC algorithm to calculate, get the pressure field distribution of liquid membrane. In addition, according to the calculated amount of leakage to make a judgment on the sealing performance.%机械密封作为油气混输泵的重要零件之一,它的质量和性能直接影响着设备的工作性能.该文利用Fluent软件,对油气混输泵用机械密封液膜进行了数值计算,通过求解三维层流N-S方程,应用压力修正方法和SIMPLEC算法进行计算,得到液膜的压力场分布,并且通过计算得出泄漏量,对密封性能的好坏做出判别.
