一种高精度时间间隔测量板卡设计

         

摘要

针对靶场测试的新特点,采用FPGA和 TDC -GP2设计了一种高精度大范围时间间隔测量板卡。设计的板卡由输入隔离模块、纳秒计时模块、粗计时模块组成。在接收到起始信号后,粗计时模块开始计数,同时,纳秒计时模块测量起始脉冲和标准计时脉冲的时间间隔;截止信号到来后,粗计时模块停止计数,纳秒计时模块测量截止脉冲和标准计时脉冲间的时间间隔,测量结束后,主单片机计算上传主机最终时间间隔值。设计的时间间隔测量板卡测量范围可以达到0~5×105μs ,测量精度优于10ns。%According the new need of modern weapon test ,this paper designs a time interval board with FP‐GA and TDC -GP2 ,which has a wide range and high precision .The board consists of input isolated mod‐ule ,nanosecond counting module ,and wide counting module .When receiving the START signal ,the wide counting module begins to count .Meanwhile ,nanosecond timing module measures the time interval between START signal and standard timing pulses ;when receiving the STOP signal ,wide counting mod‐ule stops counting ,and the nanosecond counting module measures the time interval between STOP signal and standard timing pulses .When the test is completed ,the master MCU counts and uploads the final data of the time interval .The designed instrument can measure the time interval in 1~5 × 105μs ,and the meas‐ure accuracy is less than 10ns .
