基于非模型法研究环氧树脂的固化动力学行为

         

摘要

依据非等温差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定的数据,采用 Friedman ,Flynn‐Wall‐Ozawa ,Kissinger‐Akahira‐Sunose三种非模型计算并绘制其固化速率和活化能与固化度的关系曲线,分析了环氧树脂体系的固化反应阶段和固化行为。研究表明,固化反应逐渐从自催化反应机理转变为n阶反应机理,与模型拟合法研究的结果基本吻合。三种非模型拟合法都能较好地表征该体系的固化行为,其中Kissinger‐Akahira‐Sunose法的结果最能准确地反映该体系的固化行为,Flynn‐Wall‐Ozawa法的结果略有偏差,Friedman法的结果偏差较大但趋势与另两种一致。%On the basis of non‐isothermal Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) measuring data ,using three kinds of non‐model fitting methods ,Friedman ,Flynn‐Wall‐Ozawa and Kissinger‐Akahira‐Sunose ,the paper ana‐lyzes and investigates the curing behavior of epoxy resin ,then calculates and draws the relation curve between the curing rate ,the activation energy and the curing degree .The research shows that the curing reaction gradually translates from the autocatalytic reaction mechanism to the N order reaction mechanism ,basically consistent with the model fitting results .The three kinds of non‐model fitting methods can well characterize the curing behavior of the system ,in which the result of Kissinger‐Akahira‐Sunose method can accurately reflect the curing behavior of the system ,the result of Flynn‐Wall‐Ozawa method is in a slight deviation ,and the deviation of Friedman method is more significant but the trend is consistent with that of other two .
