高校知识产权文化建设初探

摘要

The problems existing in the construction of the intellectual property fights were analysized from the connotation of universities intellectual property culture. Some countermeasures of the culture construction were put forward： building the cultural concepts, creating the innovative atmosphere and perfecting the management system. The construction of universities intellectual property culture should be engendered to encourage the cultural environment for its vigorons development.%从高校知识产权文化的内涵入手，分析高校知识产权文化建设存在的问题，并提出高校知识产权文化建设的若干对策：打造文化观念、营造创新氛围、健全管理制度。积极推进高校知识产权文化建设，形成有利于高校知识产权事业蓬勃发展的文化环境。
