瓯柑橘和柑橘皮类黄酮、水、醇提取液对离体蛙心的作用

         

摘要

In vitro frog heart perfussionning was maked with bullfrogs.1mg/ml solution of flavonoids,extractive liquit by water,extractive liquit by ethanol in peel of orange and peel of citrus suavissima 0.1mL were added into perfussionning solution respectivily.The results were shown as follows:the cardiac contractility had been increased 101.3±49.6(%),94.0±25.2(%),81.4±38.5(%),93.9±34.0(%),150.3±117.8(%),165.1±113.5(%),The heart rate had been decreased 19.8±31.9(%),22.1±22.3(%),28.0±16.2(%),28.5±20.8(%),19.3±14.2(%),23.0±24.3(%) respectivily(P0.05) .The results proved that they had effect of increasing cardiac contractility and decreasing heart rate,these medications keeping action 2~12 min.%以1mg/ml的柑橘和瓯柑橘皮类黄酮溶液、1%的柑橘皮和瓯柑橘皮水、乙醇提取液各0.1mL加入离体蛙心灌流液,结果使蛙心收缩力分别提高101.3±49.6(%),94.0±25.2(%),81.4±38.5(%),93.9±34.0(%),150.3±117.8(%),165.1±113.5(%);心率分别降低19.8±31.9(%),22.1±22.3(%),28.0±16.2(%),28.5±20.8(%),19.3±14.2(%),23.0±24.3(%)(均P〈0.05)。说明柑橘和瓯柑橘类黄酮、柑橘皮和瓯柑橘皮的水、醇提取液对离体蛙心均有增强心肌收缩力和减慢心率作用,各药物的持续时间在2~12min之间。
