信息时代下构建现代教学管理中公共关系新路径

摘要

随着本世纪信息技术的革命性创新，当今时代社会正向知识化社会高速发展，高校教育也面临着前所未有的挑战。信息网络时代下，公共关系协调与管理是高校教学管理中所应拥有的重要能力。它是完全不同于传统教学管理所具有的组织、策划和执行等能力，它是教学管理者自身与其管理对象进行有效沟通、争取管理客体立即有效被管理，并支持管理者的行为，以便进行更好的管理。文章着重于讨论现代高校教学管理能力中，应用公共关系的重要性、必要性和实效性。%Coordination of public relations is in the teaching management in colleges and universities should have important ability, it is completely different from the traditional teaching management organization, planning and execution ability, is teaching managers to ef-fectively communicate in itself and its management object, behavior, for the support of management object is managers for better manage-ment.
