PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual communication path construction system, a virtual communication path construction method, and a virtual communication path construction program that can improve the throughput of communication between a virtual machine and an external process in a bypass speeding-up technique and that have a coping function to cope with an event in a defective system.SOLUTION: A virtual communication path construction system according to the present invention realizes data transfer between a guest OS and an external process by a buffer queue in the same way as data transfer realized by a buffer queue between a virtual device and the guest OS, and has functions of state detection of a connection state, state notification of the connection state, and reconnection.
