加强兼职教师队伍建设 规范民办院校教学管理

摘要

Part-time teachers are playing a very important role in the development of private colleges.They are reducing the cost of education and enhancing college teaching resources.However,many problems come into being during private college management on part-time teachers,which results from the lack awareness of their importance.Therefore,it has become an issue how to effectively employ part-time teachers and stimulate their function as much as possible,which needs to be put into research.%兼职教师在民办高校的发展中起着非常重要的作用,他们既降低了教育成本,又加强了高校师资力量。但由于对兼职教师的重要性认识不够,导致民办高校在对兼职教师的管理过程中出现了不少问题。因此,如何有效地聘用兼职教师,尽可能地发挥兼职教师的作用是民办高校亟待研究的课题。
