高职院校新教师如何提高掌控课堂教学的能力

Controlling classroom teaching is essential to the new teachers in higher vocational colleges.The paper explores the ways and approaches to improving classroom teaching control for the new teachers in the following five aspects： preparing lessons elaborately and designing lessons carefully;being good at arousing students＇ interest;being capable of using emotions and language to mobilizing students＇ enthusiasm;being able to maintain class discipline;being concerned about all students to bring emotional distance between teachers and students closer.%掌控课堂教学的能力是高职院校新教师必备的基本功。该文从＂精心备课,用心设计＂、＂善于激发学生的学习兴趣＂、＂善于用情绪和语言调动学生的热情＂、＂抓好课堂秩序的管理＂、＂广泛关注学生,拉近与学生的情感距离＂五个方面探究了高职院校新教师提高掌控课堂教学能力的方法与途径。
