论高职院校图书馆“以人为本”的创新服务--以无锡职业技术学院图书馆为例

College libraries make efforts to innovate reader services in order to adapt to social development and needs of readers.Taking Wuxi Institute of Technology as an example,the paper investigates the con-tents of innovated services and shares the experiences of it.%为适应社会发展和读者需求，高职院校图书馆努力创新读者服务。文章以无锡职业技术学院图书馆为例，展示其创新服务的几方面，探讨“以人为本”创新服务的经验与启示。
