高职院校教师科研现状分析及对策思考

摘要

结合高职教育的自身特点，对高职院校教师目前科研工作的现状进行分析，为进一步提高高职教师的科研水平提出对策建议，包括：完善项目管理机制；鼓励横向项目立项，探索成果转化机制；重视科研团队培养。%Combined with the characteristics of higher vocational education,the paper analyzes the current situation of scientific research on higher vocational colleges teachers,also puts forward several suggestions on improving the level of higher vocational teachers'scientific research,including perfect proj ect manage-ment mechanism,encouraging teachers to carry out horizontal research proj ects,exploration achievements transformation mechanism and cultivating the scientific research team.
