新时期中国农村土地问题研究述评——基于农民权益的视角

摘要

中国农村土地问题长期以来都是学界关注的重要问题并产生了许多研究成果。对这些研究成果从农民权益视角，聚焦于农民土地权益流失的现状、农民土地权益流失的原因、保障农民土地权益的对策三个层面进行梳理和评述，有利于深化中国农村土地问题研究，突破中国农村土地问题和农民土地权益的研究中过于纠缠现行农地产权制度破立之争的局限，确立与乡村治理研究相结合，增加实证研究、分类研究、比较研究和多学科交叉性研究的大视野，拓展研究范域，丰富研究方法。%Rural land in China has long been a hot academic topic and there are a lot of research results about it. This article, in the perspective of Chinese farmers＇ right and interest, makes a review of researches on the current situation of the loss of farmers＇ land right and interest, cause of the loss of farmers＇ land right and interest and measures to protect farmers＇ land right and interest, which can deepen the research on Chinese rural land, solve the dispute over abolishment or establishment of current the farmland property fights system in the studies of Chinese rural land and farmers＇ land right and interest, broaden research view and field and enrich research method.
