知识产权立法、执法与司法制度之完善研究--基于技术创新的视角

摘要

Intellectual property legislation, enforcement and judicial system are strong safeguard for the protec-tion of intellectual property in China, and are also the most important issues at the level of legal protection system op-eration in the legal operating mechanism for technical innovation and intellectual property strategy. China has basical-ly established intellectual property legislation, enforcement and judicial system suitable for technological innovation, but there is still a space to be improved.%　　知识产权立法、执法与司法，是我国知识产权保护制度的有力保障，也是在企业技术创新与知识产权战略融合的法律运行机制中法律保障体系运转层面的首要问题。我国已基本建立适应技术创新的知识产权立法、执法和司法制度，但仍需要在诸多方面加以完善。
