高职院校实训教学质量监控体系的构建--以PDCA过程控制方法为视角

随着高等职业教育的迅猛发展，高职院校的教学质量日益受到广泛关注。实训教学是高职院校教学的核心内容，是高职院校学生职业技能培养的关键。因此，对实训教学进行全过程管理，加强实训教学质量监控，促进和保证实训教学质量的不断提高是高职院校教学质量提高的重要保证，也是高职院校质量管理改革的重点。%With the rapid development of higher vocational education, the teaching quality is increasingly attracting wide attention. Practical training, as a core element of higher vocational education, is the key to the development of students’ professional skills. Therefore, it is the keynote of teaching quality reform and assurance for its improvement to carry out the whole management of practical training, reinforce the quality supervision and promote and assure the ongoing improvement of practical training quality.
