Labor unions in colleges and universities secure the legal rights of the faculty and promote the development of talents, as the link between the Party and the whole faculty. With the further reform of the administrative mechanism in colleges and universities, labor unions have kept exploration and innovation in practice to accelerate the legal and political construction on the democratic level.%高校工会发挥着保障教职工合法权益，促进人才建设的作用，是党政联系广大教职工的桥梁和纽带。随着高校管理体制改革的深入，高校工会在实践中不断探索和创新，以推进高校的民主法治建设和民主政治建设。
