超高强钢焊接接头CTOD评定的概率方法

         

摘要

This paper is about CTOD toughness test on 60mm thick arc welding joints of EQ70 at low temperature ( -10 ℃) in accordance with the standard BS7448 Parti, BS7448 Part2 and DNV-OS-C401. The test showed the CTOD value of welded joint center and the fusion-line exists in a big way leaves divergence, and the CTOD value is generally low, the major part only above 0. 10 mm or with it is close. Based on the statistical analysis of test results, it gives a method of probability assessment methods of CTOD of ultra high strength steel welded joint. Metallographic test showed that the toughness of weld fusion line and the centre are better. Therefore, this article thought that the CTOD permissible value of ultra high tensile steel of weld joint should reduce suitably. The union this article findings suggested that the CTOD permissible value of the ultra high tensile steel of weld joint may take 0.10 mm.%按照规范BS7448与DNV-OS-CA 01,对60 mm厚EQ70高强钢手工电弧焊接接头进行了低温(-10℃)CTOD韧度试验.结果表明:焊缝中心与熔合线处的CTOD值离散性较大,并且一部分CTOD值较低,仅在0.10 mm附近.同时对试验结果进行了统计分析,提出CTOD韧度评定的概率方法.金相组织表明:焊缝中心与熔合线处的都是韧性较好组织.因此,超高强钢焊接接头的CTOD允许值应适当降低.结合试验研究结果,建议超高强钢焊接接头的CTOD允许值可以取0.10 mm.
