西江水系运输船舶能耗评价体系研究

摘要

This paper combined the existent energy consumption management practice in Xijiang river system, summarized the ships' working characteristics and those main factors which effect energy consumption. It put forward 13 evaluation indexes from the three aspects- technology, operation and management, it also set up an energy consumption evaluation index system for transportation ships in Xijiang river system. It worked out calculation models for each indicator and selected typical ships for empirical research. The conclusions had reference value for ships energy-saving management of inland water transportation.%结合西江水系运输船舶能耗管理实际,归纳总结了运输船舶工作特点以及能耗主要影响因素,从技术、营运、管理三方面提出13项评价指标,构建了西江水系运输船舶能耗评价指标体系,提出各项指标的测算模型,并选取典型船舶进行了实证研究.
