Research on Multi-dimensional New Energy Consumption Evaluation Index System

The existing evaluation system of new energy consumption only has a single index of new energy utilization rate in a single region to evaluate the consumption of new energy. It is impossible to comprehensively evaluate the new energy consumption with multiple space, multi-dimensional. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a new energy consumption system that can analysis the new energy consumption state of different time and space. In this paper, new energy development, new energy investment, new energy absorption state and so on are evaluated by the index system. According to these evaluation indicators, it can guide government agencies, new energy investment enterprise, power grid dispatching organization, and new energy generation enterprises to make more reasonable decisions. Finally, the new energy index between Germany and east China is calculated, and the current situation of new energy development in east China is analyzed.
