水泥混凝土桥梁双层桥面铺装结构力学分析

         

摘要

为研究环氧沥青混凝土应用于水泥混凝土桥面双层铺装结构时的力学响应特点,建立水泥混凝土空心板桥与工字梁桥模型,在此基础上对铺装层在桥梁整体结构中所产生的力学响应进行分析。采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立了桥梁三维有限元整体模型。分别研究了车辆荷载作用下,铺装层上面层在不同桥梁类型、不同桥梁跨径条件下随下面层模量变化的规律。研究结果表明:下面层模量的增大能够降低上面层拉应力及竖向剪应力水平;较大跨径的水泥混凝土桥梁铺装层下面层应用高模量材料能够更大程度的抑制上面层发生开裂病害;上下面层层间剪应力随着下面层模量的增长呈显著增大趋势。因此,在大跨径水泥混凝土桥面双层铺装结构中应用环氧沥青混凝土,对于改善铺装层的受力状况具有积极意义,但同时必须提高层间粘结层抗剪性能,以保证铺装层结构的正常使用。%In order to investigate the mechanical responses of cement concrete deck double-layers pave-ment while epoxy asphalt concrete is utilized ,hollow slab bridge and flanged girder bridge were mod-eled respectively .Finite element analysis software ABAQUS was utilized to build the three-dimen-sional model of these two types of bridge .The mechanical responses of pavement with different bridge types ,bridge spans and bottom layer modulus under traffic loadings were analyzed .The results indi-cate that larger modulus of bottom layer could depress the tensile stress and vertical shear stress level in top layer ;Application of high modulus material in long-span bridge deck pavement can suppress the cracking disease in top layer specifically ;The shear stress between top and bottom layer increases while the modulus of bottom layer increases .Therefore ,it is a productive method to improve the pavement stress condition by utilizing epoxy asphalt concrete in long-span cement concrete bridge deck pavement .It is worth noting that while applying this way ,the shearing resistance performance of the bonding layer should be guaranteed to assure the service performance of pavement structure .
