可修复系统的役龄回退机理及其新模型研究

         

摘要

研究可修复系统在修理活动下的役龄回退问题,针对可修复系统在修理中出现的长期修理疲劳现象,分析了传统方法及回退机理中存在的不足,在此基础上对传统的回退机理进行了修正,构建了一种新的线性定量衰减的可修复系统役龄回退模型,并在周期预防性维修的情况下,对模型进行了简化。以某可修复系统为例,进行了仿真验证,仿真结果证明了该模型的优越性及可行性。同时,给出了在此仿真条件下的后续维修活动建议。%T he paper studies about the age reduction of repairable system under the maintenance .Due to the phenomenon of excessive repair during the maintenance of repairable systems ,the weakness of the traditional method and age reduction mechanism about excessive repair is analyzed .Meanwhile , according to the analysis ,the shortcoming of traditional means is modified .A newly linear decreasing model about the age reduction of repairable system is established ,and is predigested base on the peri-odically preventive maintenance .Finally ,an example is given ,and the results of simulation proved the superiority and feasibility of the models .Besides ,some advices about maintenance are given ac-cording to the results of simulation .
