RAP掺量对乳化沥青冷再生混合料的性能影响研究

             

摘要

在乳化沥青冷再生混合料中RA P掺量为40%,50%,60%和70%的条件下,对不同RA P掺量的乳化沥青冷再生混合料进行力学及路用性能研究。结果表明,随着 RA P掺量的增加,冷再生混合料的抗压强度几乎不受影响,而抗拉强度降低;相同水泥掺量下,冷再生混合料的高温抗车辙能力略有降低,相同RA P掺量下,添加一定量的水泥后能够显著改善冷再生混合料的高温抗车辙能力;水稳性能和低温抗裂性能随着RA P掺量增加均产生降低趋势,而疲劳寿命有呈现先增大后降低现象,并且通过疲劳方程回归分析得出RA P掺量越大,应力比对其冷再生混合料疲劳寿命的影响越显著。%Emulsified asphalt cold regeneration mixture of R admixture 40% ~ 70% change condition , the paper rseearches the mecharicw and road performance of the change rate of 10% of different RAP dosage cold regeneration mixture .The results show that :with the increase of RAP content ,the com‐pressive strength of cold recycled mixture is almost unaffected ,while reducing the tensile strength ;Under the same cement content ,cold recycled mixture for temperature rutting resistance is slightly lower ,under the same RAP content ,a certain amount of cement can significantly improve the high temperature of cold recycled mixture rutting resistance;With the increase of RAP content ,steady performance for water and low temperature reduced obviously ,the fatigue life reduce the tendency to increase after the first ;in addition ,by fatigue equation regression analysis ,with the increase of RAP content ,stress ratio produces more significant impact on the fatigue life of cold recycled mixes .
