基于免疫遗传算法的设备布局问题研究

     

摘要

针对免疫遗传算法中存在的问题,提出了一种改进免疫遗传算法.改进算法的主要特点是简化了种群个体的选择机制,采用了新的亲和力组合计算的方法.通过单行与多行机器布局的实验验证了新算法,得到了满意的效果.同时,纠正了相关文献中设备可用空间计算中的错误,简化了机器净间距序列调整方法.%Aiming at the problems of immune genetic algorithm,on improved immune genetic algorithm was put forward. The characteristic of the improved immune genetic algorithm is that it simplified population selection method and adopted a new computing method of affinity. Then the improved immune genetic algorithm was verified by experiment of one - line and multi - line machine layout. A desired result was obtained. In the meantime,the modified algorithm corrected a mistake of facility layout available space calculation model in references. An adjust method of facility layout clear spacing sequence was simplified by the algorithm.
