蛋白磷酸酶( PPP)家族在体内参与调节多种重要的生理功能,包括细胞周期、细胞生长及分化等过程。通过对在信号转导中起着重要作用的PPP基因进行序列比对,研究人、猪、大鼠、小鼠以及大猩猩的PPP基因家族的进化。结果表明:除了ppp1r3a 基因序列分化较晚,基因保守性略高外,其它蛋白磷酸酶基因家族序列分化较早,分支较大,但在分化后保守性高。%Protein phosphatase ( PPP) family was involved in regulating in vivo a variety of important physiological functions, including cell cycle, cell growth and differentiation processes.In this paper, we aligned sequences of PPP genes which play an important role in the signal transduction, to study evolution of PPP gene family, among Homo, Suidae, Rattus, Mus, and Gorilla The results show that ppp1r3a gene sequence was late differentiation, and slightly conservative, whilst the other protein phosphatase gene family sequences were earlier differentiation, larger branch, but highly conserved after differentiation.
