素质拓展训练在BRM教学中的实践

Team awareness is a teaching difficult point in BRM course.With the openness and autonomy of outward bound being introduced in the teaching activities,students' awareness and teamwork training are expanded and students ' team awareness and team spirit cultivation,are enhanced receives,so that BRM teaching gets good effects%在BRM中团队意识是教学中的一个难点,开放性与自主性的素质拓展训练教学方式的引入,拓展了学员意识品质和团队协作的培养途径,提升了团队意识和团队精神的培养,在教学中取得了良好的收效。
