论旅游全球化背景下高职酒店人才培养国际化的必要性

摘要

Higher vocation has been playing a very important role in bringing up highly skilled talents for hospitality industry.With development of tourism globalization,the hospitality industry makes higher demands for hotel talents both in quality and quantity.However,the current higher vocational education can＇t keep the pace of the development of hospitality industry.So it is necessary for higher vocation to bring up the international hotel talents to meet the demands of the markets and society.%在旅游业全球化背景中,国际市场对酒店人才提出了新的要求。这对于我国高职教育而言,既是机遇也是挑战。高职作为培养高技能人才的前沿阵地,应该义不容辞地承担起这一使命。笔者结合我国高职酒店人才培养现状以及国际酒店业人才需求现状,论述了旅游全球化背景下高职酒店人才培养国际化的必要性。
