高职院校学生思想政治工作队伍建设的职业化机制研究

摘要

The socialist construction in Higher Vocational Colleges qualified builders and reli‐able successors of the talent training goal realization ,is inseparable from the a good political quality ,strong business capability of students ideological and political work team ,counsel‐ors as team principal and core strength ,the specialization and professionalization of construc‐tion will promote counselors of the stable ,healthy and sustainable development .This paper takes the construction of vocational ability as the breakthrough point ,and analyzes the con‐tent and main measures of the professionalization of the counselors in vocational colleges .%高职院校社会主义建设的合格建设者和可靠接班人这一人才培养目标的实现，离不开一支政治素质好、业务能力强的学生思想政治工作队伍，作为这支队伍主体和核心力量的辅导员队伍，其专业化、职业化的建设将促进辅导员队伍的稳定、健康和可持续发展。本文以职业能力建设为切入点，分析了高职院校辅导员队伍职业化建设的内容和主要措施。
