以10个不同产地天麻为样品,运用微波消解结合电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定不同天麻中的硒元素含量,并用标准物质考察该方法的准确性.结果表明,测定天麻样品中硒的回收率为97.5％-101.7％,RSD为2.24％-3.16％;在0-20ng/mL范围内线性良好(r=0.99998),仪器检出限为0.004583mg/kg,方法检出限为0.005083mg/kg.本方法检出限低、 灵敏度高、 结果可靠,适合天麻微量元素硒含量的准确测定.%10 samples of Gastrodia elata from different origins were studied by ICP-MS with microwave digestion to determine the content of selenium.
